Sospeso Trasparente is volume decoupage created by Italian designer Monica Allegro . It is quite popular all over the world and has recently been introduced in India .Finally I decided to take the plunge into the world of SospesoTrasparente , all material is imported ,hence expensive and cannot be substituted with local ones.
The beautiful flowers are durable and can be used to decorate cards,envelopes, gift boxes, photo frames etc.
