Clay flower painting

 

Clay flower making is very addictive and enjoyable, I have several boxes of ready clay flowers and leaves just waiting to be displayed.

      Recently I decided to make a wall hanging with my clay flowers as I had a variety of roses, daisies, filler flowers and leaves in various sizes and colors. 

Crescent or circular, background color, color combination  so many decisions had to be taken. In the end a circular arrangement won as it's easy to hang on the wall with hooks. 

I found a large 12" Mdf board with stencilled  roses on it and decided to use it for my project. Several happy hours and days later it was ready. 

Hope this inspires others to display their handmade flowers creatively instead of keeping them safely in cupboards and enjoy their beauty!

  Clay flowers are immensely popular since these flowers look fresh and lovely year after year. I have a few personal favorites with me which are still exquisitely beautiful though they were made years ago.
  Gift boxes , photo frames etc.can be made unique and special with clay flowers . We have clay flowers as well as clay flower bunches/ sprays for those who do not want to go through the hassle of flower color combinations , just stick them with a strong adhesive .
